Daily Journal Continued June 07,1999, By-William Thomas Thompson Consumer advocate and pop artist with a statement to make. The struggle continues with 16 hour days and its 90 degrees here now. I am faced with another deadline to finish 9 paintings for the Seattle show at the Guard Rail Gallery to coincide with the book signing of the end is near book. I am painting 3 on the new heavy canvas of Revelation. One is showing the 10 lost tribes of Israel as aliens in orbit. 3 smaller paintings 24x30inches are of my impressions of artist in the book,another painting carries the 23rd psalm,2 are abstract,this tree of life I believe is the best yet showing it anointed by God the creator and having all matter of good fruit and the scripture painted on "I am the vine,ye are the branches"John15-5,"The leaves are for the healing of the nat-ions"Revelation 22-2. These are acrylic on canvas 30x48 inches. I painted the 3rd 30x48 inch heavy canvas with one of the 7 headed beast of Revelation12th chapter,the dragon beast called satan the devil. Due to this painting I see this beast in a new light and I call it Bloody Beast. There appears stomachs filled with blood. I painted the devil's dollar signs on all 7 heads and they all wear golden crowns. I have always associated this red beast with China threatening the world. In this painting,I show the dragon with 6 tails that circle the globe and engulf the world with its crimes, a universal blood sucking conspiracy killing all in its path. The media is part of this evil,the modern church has become very much apart of this evil. Public schools apart of this evil,why are our kids killing people? Hollywood is to blame for part of it. Dragon is the symbol of China,what a witness that the book of Revelation is right on target,this beast was the first to appear in prophecy pursuing the woman Israel with child but God protected His own. This can very well be applied today to the abortion of the unborn where the same Devil rules the earth and plots the death of all. A common evil and enemy of all that would be good and Godly. The end is near is a secular publication of visionary artist and their work,I am very proud to be in the book even though very few of the artist paint a serious message or appear to believe in the second coming of Christ and destruction of sin off the earth. The truth is that I donot agree with or understand most of the art in the book. Norbert Kox on the cover,now that I understand his work better,is in my opinion one that I appreciate most. This art show in Baltimore and resulting book has been a great step forward for my art. I appreciate the efforts of Diletente Press of LosAngeles printing the book which I understand has been a success but most likely will not repeat due to other obligations. I had hoped this book signings would spread around the world. I had spoken to Bor-ders in Honolulu about a tour to promote it in all the pacific to include Hong Kong and Australia. There was talk of London and in Paris but I guess the books will be in short supply soon. My very own book of my art is due out this year and my 300 foot painting is scheduled to show at the St.Louis City Art Museum beginning in September. It has been requested to show in Europe for December & January and then at the University of Memphis in the year2000 for a show on campus and then a world tour for a year. My painting of art has been a confusing experience for me and I still donot und-erstand it. I paint what I see and feel to express to the world. Daily Journal Continued June 09,1999, By-William Thomas Thompson I had a dream this morning before I awaken,that I was guestspeak-er at a university before a large audience and I was not ready to speak. I took an hour to shave and cleanup mean while,they waited patiently for me and in my rush as I dreamed,I cut my self on the face and came out bleeding,yet nothing seemed to distract from a word I spoke,the eyes of all followed me and I let it all happen. I begin to speak as follows and the attention was totally given. Ladies and Gentlemen,I come to you not as an artist,but a humble servant of God. I received a vision to paint the message 10 years ago and visualimages has belched and bellowed out of me from then on. I paint with a passion. It is a miracle that I am standing up before you today as I feel that I have no hands or feet. No hands to paint and no feet to stand. What comes out of me I believe may happen even if I were blind. Our human ability is nothing without the daily grace of God to breath through us and reveal Himself to us and to others through us,in this case,by visual art. I can not do it,but I must do it,I cannot tell you how I paint art,if it is art,it came to me automaticly and today is as natural as it is to breathe,I think pictures that appear on the screen,the harvest is abundant and at the speed of light. my no hands have power while if I had normal hands would be doing the will of man and the will of me,I speak spontaneously before you today as the HolySpirit of God inspires me. God does not need me to be smart with any degree from a seminary to speak through me,any fence post will do. There is no need for titles to my name. The Word of God speaks for its- self and magnifies GodAlmighty. There is no need for money,for if I still had money I would be out looking after it and not availa-ble to answer the calling of God with the urgent message. I am an outsider to and of the world including the school of art. I dream of a perfect world but I know it will not come from my hands. The world is not changed by anything I say or do,lives are changed as God reveals Himself to individuals that are preconditioned to ac-cept His will and way. O that you may hear and accept the beauti-ful life of surrender to Christ the Lord. O that you may know the joy and peace of a complete life. O that you may be a part of the body of Christ. As I spoke,I felt that all these people were my brothers and sisters and had the same spirit as me. I felt that I am like a conduit by which the Holy Spirit could flow to others. Let me be nothing dear Lord that I may serve in the everlasting. The dream continued and was so real,I was inspired all day. As I went on and on speaking in timelessly and endlessly,I reali-zed the words as being eternal,I got smaller while the message as I felt it got greater. I was weightless and had no resistance for any self will at all. I saw myself as being a tiny part of a mig-hty big universe,submissive in body and soul to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I dreamed a dream consistent with the painting I painted of the TreeofLife with showers of blessings coming down from God out of Heaven. I know that I am in touch with the living God. Let the thunder sound and the lighting flash,let the nuclear bombs explode. We are sealed by God and will be spared all of the destruction to the earth and the world's people. We are prepared. Salvation is by faith in God Almighty via Christ the Lord who has paid the supreme sacrifice with His blood on the cross. Worship! Taller De Forja 1513 So. Louisanna Laredo,Tx.78043 956-791-6021 May 10,1999 Dear Phillip Please donot ship anything to us. I mainly wanted the tops of the popes and I doubt that you would do this right either. We will file a claim with you when we determine the damage total. The spears should have been braised on,they fall off just in your hand when you touch them. We paid you to paint but you can rub off paint with your fingers. We must build the longest hand rail here on the back steps and 2 more for the kitchen. We recieved 2 short ones that fit nothing we ordered,I will send you a photo. The steel is marginely light weight and rust is already a problem. You failed to pay attention to the loading and your attitude is bad now about your own negligence. The toperaries were included in the price. We continue to find mistakes in production such as on the back deck,the bars were drawn 3 per well but you only made 2 all though there was room for 3. We are having to weld in almost every one at great expence. The rails were not cheap,I would guess no savings there and they are light weight. The stairway steel was high and the ratio is wrong shape with 2 pieces missing. most of it is short and impossible to weld it to a center bar. All the uprights have to be remade. Measurements ment little to you. We are buying steel today to make 3 hand rails,2 for the kitchen steps and one set of 2 for the back steps,12+2 steps. I keep seeing poorly painted steel where primer is showing. We must paint it all again. What a pity to waste our time and money plus the truck space. It would have been so easy for you to have checked on nit all and shipped it all. We want our toporaryies shipped to us freight prepaid. Sincerely William Thompson Daily Journal Continued June 11,1999, By-William Thomas Thompson After waiting for months for one man to come and lay tile,we went to Home Depot and purchased it ourselves and they will cut it for us. My patience are tried with people who promise to come and fix something and do not. Rejoice when they do you wrong because many times it turns out better for me. This modern day work force gets paid too high and do too little. Daylabor now has covered the car port roof 3 times wrong and we now must still do it again. Always get a quote in writing and signed then pay after the work is done right. Have a deadline on your contract. Too many people want the easy and free. Hire no one that smokes because they all thump the cigarettebutts down for you to pick up while they kill themselves smoking as one handed coffing workers addicted to the awful weed. A report today on air pollution inside your car is believable for reasons I had not thought of before. This study found out the out side roadair gets into your car and stays on testing bad with po-isonous fumes 3times worst than if the car was open,people living next to major highways suffer cancer causing pollution everyday. Yeild not to temptation,leave diet drinks alone.suffer not. Another computer virus is announced that has shut down many major corporations by emptying their files and RSVPing E-mail. I prefer wait until after the year 2000 and see if I still need a computer or if caous will control the world as now. Another protien diet has surfaced
